Returns/Exchanges/Refunds: How does it work?Updated 7 hours ago
In accordance with current legislation, you have 30 days (from the date of receipt) to request an exchange or refund for your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Your return package must contain:
- The returned product intact and complete, i.e., in perfect condition for resale, in its original packaging, complete, labeled, new, unworn, unwashed, and unstained. (For obvious hygiene reasons, our quality department reserves the right to refuse any product suspected of not meeting the strict criteria mentioned above).
- The invoice for your order.
- Please indicate whether you would like an exchange, a credit note, or a refund.
Passage du Désir reserves the right to refuse your return if these conditions are not met.

In the very specific case of returning a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Download a prepaid return label, which you will find in “Your Account” under your order. Please note that in the event of misuse of the prepaid return label, Passage du Désir reserves the right to reduce the amount of the refund to the customer by a flat fee of 4.90€ corresponding to the return shipping costs that the customer would have had to pay.
In accordance with the Consumer Code: Articles L211-9 & L211-10 under the Legal Guarantee of Conformity, we will exchange the defective product for a new identical product. However, if we are unable to replace it within 30 days, we will issue a credit note for the amount of the product, which can be used on our website.
Certain specific warranties apply to certain product ranges and brands:
