To modify or cancel your order, send an email to [email protected] specifying your request and your order number; or do the same via our contact form.

If your order has not yet been shipped, Customer Service will confirm the modification or cancellation of your order.

If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse your package upon delivery to your home. In the case of delivery to a pickup point, simply do not collect the package. It will then be returned to us within approximately 15 days, and we will be able to proceed with your refund.
