Are you like a child on Christmas Eve, eager to open your parcels and wondering why your parcel still hasn't arrived? We therefore advise you to:


1/ Log in to My Account to track the status of your order.


2/ As soon as your parcel is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number so that you can track your parcel. If you have not received it, please check your ‘Junk Mail’ or ‘Spam’ folders to see if the tracking email has been sent there.


3/ If you still cannot track your delivery, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or via our form.


N.B: Does your order status say ‘In preparation’? This means that your parcel is being prepared by us and will be shipped shortly.
